Application Process

SPEF will provide four grant application periods during the 2021-22 school year.  Applications may be submitted before 5:00 p.m. on any of the following dates:

Grant Cycle # 1 – Thursday, September 16. 2021 (small grant proposals only)
Grant Cycle # 2 – Thursday, November 11, 2021 (small grant proposals only)
Grant Cycle # 3 – Thursday, January 20, 2022 Extended to March 10, 2022 (large grant proposals only)
Grant Cycle # 4 – Thursday, March 10, 2022 (small grant proposals only)

2021-22 applications will be submitted via Google Forms. You must be logged in with a SPS district email to apply. SPEF only accepts grant proposals benefiting Stillwater Public Schools.  If the grant writer is not employed by SPS, the grant must be submitted collaboratively with a district teacher, principal or administrator co-authoring & submitting the proposal.
