MVP Presenting Sponsorship – $4,000 (only one available)

The Most Valuable Pioneer contest is a fundraiser held in January/February benefiting the SPS Special Services.  Special Services uses these funds to purchase items that are unique to the needs of the students served in Special Services.  As the presenting sponsor you have exclusive use of official event name.  Name and logo on all marketing materials for event (website, social media, flyers).  Inclusion on news release sent to local media/local radio.  Photo opportunity presenting final donation check to Special Education Services.

MVP Sponsorship – $2,500 (only 2 available)

The most Valuable Pioneer contest is a fundraiser held in January/February benefiting the SPS Special Services.  Special Services uses these funds to purchase items that are unique to the needs of the students served in Special Services.  As an event sponsor, your name and logo will be included in all branding and advertising (website and social media) of the contest, recognized on radio promotions, name and logo included on the certificate presenting to the winners and a photo with the winners.

Celebration of Education Event Sponsorship – $500

Two (2) tickets to Celebration of Education and recognition as the event.

Taste of Stillwater Event Sponsorship – $500

This popular annual event will be celebrating its 27th anniversary this year! Highlighting food showcased & donated by Stillwater area restaurants, Taste of Stillwater gives ticket holders a chance to sample and discover the best of Stillwater cuisine.  More than 30 restaurants traditionally participate in the event and around 1,000 people usually attend! Proceeds help fund SPEF grants & programs.  As an event sponsor, your name and logo will be shown on the table tents located on every table and you will receive ten (10) adult tickets to the event.

Onward Arts – $500+

Our goal is to increase opportunities for Stillwater Public School students to engage with the arts.  In 2022 we were able to send our high school students to the McKnight Center to see STOMP, a national touring musical performance that started on Broadway.  The program has also established a afterschool and summer camp drama program at several Elementary schools.  Our goal is to continue to fund more McKnight Center performances for the high school students, expand the elementary drama programs, and support the Stillwater Middle School drama productions.

Jenifer Bartley Technology Fund – $500+

SPEF is delighted to honor Jenifer Bartley’s 12 years of service as SPEF’s Executive Director by establishing the Jenifer Bartley Technology Fund.  During Jenifer’s tenure as SPEF’s Executive Director, the organization donated more than $750,000 to Stillwater schools, of that nearly $300,000 came through the Tech 2 Teach initiative.  Through this fund, Jenifer’s legacy will be carried on and will be used to provide funds for technology necessary for Stillwater Public School teachers to keep up with the latest advances in instruction.

Play-based Learning Initiative – $500+

The Oklahoma WONDERtorium provided a lead gift to our Play-based Learning initiative to continue its vision of providing opportunities for children to learn through play! Play-based learning is important to a child’s development of social and emotional skills.  As children play together, they learn to get along with on another, cooperate, communicate effectively, problem solve and resolve conflicts.  Through this initiative, SPEF will provide funding for projects within the Stillwater Public Schools to provide equipment and spaces for students to learn through play.

Teacher Grants – $500+

SPEF is proud to have awarded over $1.6 million in grant awards, technology, and supplies since the foundation was established in 1984.  Students at every school site in the district have benefited from materials and projects funded by SPEF. Each year, teachers are giving the opportunity to write grants for their classrooms and are able to customize these to meet the individual needs for their classroom.
